Products, once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
Life's too short not to be happy, and if you're not delighted with your purchase, we're not satisfied! However, that being said - we're a business supporting small artisans and small-batch production - so please respect our need to have a restricted return policy. We can only accommodate Returns for all items if your item has arrived damaged or has significant manufacturing defects.
In that case, please ensure that your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:
Within seven days after delivery
New condition and unused
Original packaging for small products
Item is not marked as "As-Is" or "Final Sale" (indicated on the product page)
Rooh for Spaces reserves the right to reject returns if the item does not meet the above conditions and is no longer acceptable condition due to wear and tear, misuse, abnormal usage, etc.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item, we will arrange a prompt replacement.
Our free delivery includes delivery by service elevator only. If the product needs to be hand carried, it will attract an additional charge of $20 per floor.
We encourage you to schedule your delivery when you are available to avoid any rescheduling fee. However, if you need to reschedule your delivery, please get in touch with us within three working days before the delivery date.
In the event of a missed delivery, a new delivery date will be arranged, and it will attract additional charges.
We currently ship to addresses in Singapore only. However, should you wish for your order to be shipped overseas, please write to us at hello@roohforspaces.sg.
Kindly note that all international deliveries are to be arranged by the customer and subjected to duties, taxes, and other clearance charges.
The warranty covers only bulky items and the repair or replacement of a product with a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear or a natural characteristic of the material used.
This warranty does not cover any product modification by the consumer or other parties not authorized by Rooh for Spaces.
This warranty does not cover items marked as 'AS-IS' or any form of display items at the time of purchase.
For Pre/Custom Orders:
The Advance amount paid to confirm the pre/custom order is non-refundable.
Intimation of pre/custom orders with manufacturing issues that require repair must be given to Rooh for Spaces within two weeks of delivery.
You are responsible for arranging building access and verifying all entry measurements. If the furniture does not fit into the elevator and needs to be transported via stairs, it will incur additional charges.
